Poor Pebbles was misunderstood. This young, energetic Timneh has a shy and timid personality. He was surrendered to us because of “territorial - bitey” behavior. After spending time with him, it is very clear that he simply is timid about coming out of his cage. With a clear and assertive “step-up” - he comes right to you. He is in perfect health and will do well in a home that understands that parrots are not puppies, and you must work hard to earn their love and trust. Remember, it is easy to avoid getting bit when you don’t touch a parrot that is not ready to be touched.
