Description

Parrot Stars’ offers disease testing for:

Chlamydia psitacia
Avian Polyoma Virus
Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease
Avian Borna Virus

We collect:

a small sample of blood from a minor toenail clip
a sample of feces on a cotton swab

The results are available after at least two weeks. Testing results are valid for the entire year, unless any additional, untested birds, have been added to the household after the tests.

Super easy!

I called and was able to get in same day for the testing, which was great. It was a very fast and efficient process and the girl who helped me was super nice! Highly recommend going this route if you need testing done.
