Another great experience boarding at Parrot Stars August 2, 2024 Reviewer: Matt Slupik from Hoffman Estates   We board our birds at Parrot Stars about once a year when we go on vacations.  When you live with birds on a daily basis they really are part of your family.   When it comes to boarding you need someone you can trust to take care of your flock.  Parrot Stars gives our birds the love, care, and attention they need while we get away for a vacation.  Thank you Parrot Stars team! Happy Bird July 24, 2024 Reviewer: Veronica from Chicago   We boarded our green cheek conure for the first time and we were so happy to see that she wasn’t stressed or scared when we came back for her. She was happy and healthy and safe. The cost of boarding was reasonable and the food and care was awesome. I will Bring her back to PS if we need to board her again for sure! Outstanding service by Ken February 4, 2024 Reviewer: Ash Kumar from bloomingdale, IL United States   Parrot stars is a clean safe trustworthy place . As I was going out of town and was worried as to whom I should leave my precious birds. In parrot stars Alexis is great to communicate she listen to all the needs for my birds than I came across Ken. Ken did a phenomenal job taking care of my three birds. ken is responsible, incredibly accommodating and knows the birds! He was very attentive to their needs. He knew exactly what they liked and what they didn't like. Ken was aware that I am very attached to my birds that he would do daily videos for me so I can see them. Even on his days off he went in to make sure they were doing okay. I appreciated all the updates and morning texts, it really made me at ease knowing my babies was doing so well Iappreciate Ken for his commitment to his job you can truly see he is passionate for what he does. Boarding review February 4, 2024 Reviewer: Bret swift from Cedar Rapids, IA   I boarded my umbrella cockatoo with parrots stars and I couldn’t be more happy with how they handled him! He is four years old and It was the first time I’ve been away from him in those four years. Ken and everyone at the store was great in handling him and taking excellent care of him and giving him the attention he needs. It’s a hard thing to leave your baby with someone else but it’s worry free with the parrot stars staff! He had daily interactions and lots of love from everyone. Parrot Boarding February 4, 2024 Reviewer: Liz Hessevick from Mundelein   Parrot Stars is the perfect place to board your parrot!  In the past, we have always boarded our 11 year old Cockatiel Sweetie with the family that we brought him home from in our neighborhood.  They are not able to board him currently and I was very nervous about finding a new location to bring him to.  Parrot Stars has been a perfect solution for us!  They take amazing care of the parrots! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring!  Their boarding practices ensure that the parrots are well taken care of and healthy.  Sweetie always comes home a very happy bird! emil’s vacation at parrot star October 10, 2023 Reviewer: taylor ramos from saint charles il   we had emil stay at parrot star for a week and we were so happy to receive videos of Emil eating and dancing in the cage! it made us having to leave him more comfortable knowing that he was being so well taken care of! thank you so very much! Boarding December 10, 2022 Reviewer: Chris Ceaya from Des Plaines IL   I have 2 quaker parrots which were purchased at Parrot Stars.  I have boarded them there 8 or 10 times over the last several years for anywhere from 1 to 10 days each time.  Every time my birds come home clean, happy and healthy.  Every staff person who has cared for them while boarded has shown caring and competent behavior.  The addition of Ken who now manages the boarding program has also been great.  The staf all gets to know the birds well, and truly exhibit such caring behavior toward my birds.  I'm sure that must be true for all boarders.  I truly appreciate all the staff for their knowledge, caring and competence.  Additionally, the management staff have always been so helpful and knowledgeable. Boarding December 10, 2022 Reviewer: Francisco Ortega from Huntley   We needed to find a place that cares for birds in the same way we care. parrot stars is the best option. They have the space and the experience to take care of our feathered babies. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I will take them again there if I need it. Highly recommend this place.
